Giving Back is Serious Business Here HUGS (Hope, Understanding, Giving, and Support) is our grassroots philanthropy program, embraced by everyone at Adams & Reese. Founded in 1988, the volunteer programs supported by HUGS are proposed and initiated by our employees and funded by the firm. Over the years, we have devoted hundreds of thousands of dollars and volunteer hours to help people in need within our communities. We believe it’s important to ensure access to quality legal services in the communities where we live and work. Our pro bono program allows every lawyer in the firm to provide pro bono work for clients and nonprofit organizations who cannot afford to pay for an attorney.
