Mr. Berger is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and has been listed by numerous publications as a top attorney. He has had an “AV” rating by Martindale Hubbell for over 30 years and has been listed by numerous publications as one of the Top Ten Super Lawyers In New Jersey 2014, 2019, 2020, included in the Top 100 New Jersey Super Lawyers list, The Best Lawyers in America, South Jersey Magazine as the Top Civil Trial Attorney of South Jersey every year and Camden County Professional Lawyer of the Year (2017).
