Langer is a seasoned legal advocate with the law firm of Langer & Langer, based in Valparaiso and Indianapolis, Indiana. With a focus on representing plaintiffs in cases of medical malpractice, vehicle accidents, wrongful death and intricate legal disputes, he brings more than 40 years of experience to the table. Throughout his career, Mr. Langer has championed the cause of those seeking rightful compensation for injuries inflicted by negligent health care providers or others. He understands the hurdles his clients face – lost income, ongoing medical expenses, piling bills, property damage and emotional distress. By attentively listening to their stories, he vigorously fights for financial justice on their behalf. After obtaining his B.A. from Indiana University in 1977, Mr. Langer pursued his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1980. A respected figure within the legal community, he serves as the president and a board member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. His affiliations extend to the Indiana State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association and the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Langer’s outstanding legal acumen and commitment have earned him numerous accolades. On May 8, 2014, he took on the role of President of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association for a year, and on March 2, 2019, he was inducted as a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
