Khan is the founder of the Law Office of Zeshan Q. Khan, PLLC, with the law firm’s office located in Seattle, Washington. He assists the residents of the greater Seattle metro area, spanning from Everett, Tacoma and Snohomish counties to King and Pierce counties, with their legal issues. He handles cases involving bankruptcy (Chapters 7, 11 and 13), contract disputes, family law (including divorce, custody, domestic relations and prenuptial agreements), personal injury, civil litigation and probate. He is also extensively experienced in family law mediation and has authored several articles and book chapters regarding the same topic.  Mr. Khan is admitted to practice in the states of Washington and Illinois and appears before the United States District Courts for the Western and Eastern Districts of Washington. With more than two decades of professional experience, he has acquired the respect and admiration of his clients and peers for his client-centric approach and creative problem-solving skills. He proceeded to get his LL.M. degree in sustainable international development from the University of Washington School of Law in 2003. Right after law school, he performed a stint as a law clerk for the Honorable Sen K. Tan.  Before his role at the Law Office of Zeshan Q. Khan, PLLC, Mr. Khan served as a pro tem family law commissioner at the King County Superior Court. An active member of the legal community, he maintains memberships with many prominent legal associations such as the Washington State Bar Association, the King County Bar Association (KCBA), the South Asian Bar Association of Washington and the Domestic Relations Attorneys of Washington. In addition to engaging with the broader legal sphere, he also spent his time teaching at the paralegal program of Edmonds College through his role as an adjunct professor of family law.    Mr. Khan is passionate about helping his clients and the larger community in whatever capacity possible. On top of mentoring young attorneys through the Family Law Mentor Program by the KCBA, he was also recognized for his volunteer work with the same organization (2017 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year and 2011 Volunteer of the Year).
