Giglione is a partner at Massa Butler Giglione & Dirlam, a law firm located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Mr. Giglione primarily handles cases involving nursing home abuse and medical malpractice, representing a wide group of individuals and families throughout the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. He also has experience with matters involving automobile accidents, consumer protection, premises liability, products liability and vaccine injuries. Mr. Giglione also serves as a neutral third-party mediator.  His mediation experience includes disputes involving construction litigation, automobile cases (including UIM), products liability, and long-term elder care facilities. A graduate of Duquesne University School of Law, Mr. Giglione has more than 22 years of experience, including 19 years litigating nursing home abuse and neglect matters. Over the course of his career, he has attained verdicts and settlements worth millions of dollars for his clients. He practices law in Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia. Mr. Giglione has received awards and honors for his success on behalf of clients. He has been named one of the “Top 40 under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers and became a member of the invitation-only organization the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County in 2013. Along with his law practice, Mr. Giglione serves as an adjunct professor at his alma mater Duquesne University School of Law. He directs the university’s trial advocacy program, managing the moot court program and trial advocacy courses.  He also serves as a School Director for his home school district. Mr. Giglione enjoys being involved in the legal community and is a member of various professional organizations.
