Osborn began his legal career since 2016 as an associate attorney at Stucky and Fields before continuing with the firm as it became McCartney Stucky in 2018. Austin was named a partner at McCartney Stucky in 2021. His practice is dedicated to representing individuals and families who have experienced significant injuries or losses due to defective products or the negligence of others. He serves clients primarily in the Kansas City area and New York. Austin is licensed to practice in Kansas, Missouri and New York.  Mr. Osborn earned his bachelor’s degree in biology from Pittsburg State University in 2013. During his time there, he was actively involved in student leadership, serving as the student body vice president. Additionally, he was a member of the Crimson Club, served on the University tuition council, acted as a university student ambassador and was honored as Pittsburg State’s Outstanding Senior Male of 2013. After completing his undergraduate studies, Mr. Osborn pursued his Juris Doctorate at The University of Oklahoma College of Law, graduating in 2016. At OU, he continued his involvement in student leadership as a class representative and officer for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He also contributed to academic discourse as a member of the American Indian Law Review. While attending law school, Mr. Osborn gained invaluable experience through internships with the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office and The University of Oklahoma Office of General Counsel. During his final two years at law school, he served as a senior law clerk for a prominent Kansas City firm, representing personal injury plaintiffs and victims of employment discrimination. Mr. Osborn's dedication to justice has been evident throughout his career. Whether advocating for victims of motor vehicle accidents or addressing construction accidents and medical malpractice claims, he works tirelessly to protect his clients' rights and ensure they receive fair compensation for their suffering.
