Menken is a partner and a committed employment law attorney at Menken Simpson & Rozger LLP, located in New York City. With an experience of around 35 years, he extends his service to clients across New York. Having obtained his bachelor’s degree from Clark University, Massachusetts, in 1983, Mr. Menken completed his Juris Doctor at the Brooklyn Law School, New York, in 1986. He is admitted to practice in New York, the U.S District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit. With experience working as a civil litigator in a federal nonprofit organization and as a public defender, Mr. Menken entered the private practice province in 1993.
