Kulwicki is an attorney with the Mishkind Law Firm Co., L.P.A., located in Cleveland, Ohio. He focuses his practice in the area of personal injury law, representing individuals in and around the Cleveland metropolitan area who have been hurt as the result of the acts or omissions of others in cases involving medical malpractice, nursing home negligence and catastrophic motor vehicle accidents. He also handles wrongful death actions, representing the families of individuals who have died as the result of the negligent actions of others. After graduating with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in economics in 1985, Mr. Kulwicki earned his law degree in 1988 from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law. While in law school, he served as articles editor for the Ohio State Law Journal. Mr. Kulwicki has been admitted to practice in Ohio since 1988. With more than 24 years of experience as a trial lawyer, Mr. Kulwicki has amassed a great deal of knowledge in the field, and he often shares that knowledge and experience with his colleagues by writing and lecturing on various topics related to litigation in general and medical malpractice in particular. He has been named in Best Lawyers in America* and is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mr. Kulwicki is a member of the board of directors of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is also active in the Ohio Association for Justice, where he has served as chairman of both the Medical Negligence Section and the Constitutional Review Committee.
