Skeen is a shareholder at the highly respected San Diego law firm of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. Since joining the firm and founding its San Diego law office, Mr. Skeen has focused his practice on representing business owners, company leaders and corporations from numerous industries in Southern California in a wide range of employment and labor disputes, including those stemming from the following: • Class and collective actions • Representative actions and PAGA • Discrimination and Harassment • Whistleblower • Wrongful discharge • ADA violations • Trade secret claims • Business disputes Mr. Skeen graduated Order of the Coif from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, where he served on the Law Review and Moot Court Honors Board. He is licensed to practice in all of California's state courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Central, Northern and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth and Seventh Circuits. After practicing law for two decades, Mr. Skeen has built a reputation as one of California's leading employer defense attorneys, earning him a number of honors and awards.
