Mr. Palladino's practice covers all facets of immigration law, including removal defense, family-based immigration, asylum and refugee law, naturalization, and various temporary visas such as F-1 student visas. He also provides comprehensive legal assistance to employers and corporations, including I-9 Compliance & Audits, Labor Certifications, and H1-B and TN Visas. He bases his practice in Philadelphia, PA and has offices throughout the region. With a rich background that includes working for the legacy Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) before transitioning to private practice, Mr. Palladino offers a deep wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective to his role as both advocate and counselor. His passion for meeting people from diverse backgrounds fuels his commitment to building lasting relationships with clients, extending well beyond the typical scope of immigration matters. Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2006, Mr. Palladino's journey in law began as the District Counsel’s intern at the Immigration and Naturalization Service.
