Parker is a partner with Parker & Crofford Attorneys At Law in Nashville, Tennessee. A top-rated trial attorney with more than 30 years of legal experience, Ms. Parker has become a recognized leader in medical cannabis law, and she has worked closely with lawmakers and stakeholders throughout the state and across the country with expanding legislation and supporting medical marijuana initiatives. Regarded as one of the leading trial advocates in the country, Ms. Parker also devotes her practice to representing the rights and interests of those facing complex litigation involving any of the following: ·        Medical malpractice claims ·        Motor vehicle accidents caused by someone else's negligence ·        Civil rights violations, particularly cases involving Title IX and sexual harassment claims A cum laude graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, Ms. Parker attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctor in 1986. The Tennessee Bar Association admitted her to practice the following year, and she is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th and 6th Circuits as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court. Recognized for her impeccable professionalism and tireless dedication to those she serves, Ms. Parker has received numerous awards and honors throughout her career. Among her numerous accolades, The National Law Journal voted her as "One of the Nation's 10 Top Litigators," and the American Trial Lawyers Association has named her among the country's "Top 100 Lawyers" for several years.
