Minkin is a partner at Peter Angelos Law in Baltimore, Maryland, where he has dedicated nearly three decades to advocating for injured individuals. He has obtained multiple jury verdicts exceeding $15 million, numerous seven-figure awards, and countless multimillion-dollar pre-verdict settlements. His courtroom successes extend to appellate practice as well – he has argued before both the Supreme Court of Maryland and the Appellate Court of Maryland, further cementing his reputation as a formidable advocate. Most recently, Mr. Minkin has joined forces with fellow attorneys to represent U.S. military veterans injured by defective 3M Combat Arms earplugs, as well as veterans and family members exposed to toxic chemicals at Camp Lejeune. His trial work in these mass tort and product liability cases persists in generating substantial recoveries for those whose health and well-being have suffered.
