Mr. Snead returned to his home town of Centerville, Ohio in 1997 to take a position as an associate attorney at the law firm of Crew, Buchanan, & Lowe.  In 2000, Mr. Snead began working at the law firm of Gregory C. Gibson Co. LPA, where he concentrated his practice in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. He ultimately became a partner, and while the firm primarily defended physicians and doctors in malpractice lawsuits, they also began representing victims of medical negligence. Recognizing his genuine passion for advocating for those who suffered harm through no fault of their own, Mr. Snead joined Thorson Switala Mondock & Snead LLP in 2002.
