With extensive experience of over 33 years, he is a well-seasoned attorney in the field of civil litigation and personal injury. He has represented clients throughout the U.S. in cases involving pharmaceutical mass torts, product liability, traffic accidents, defective products and dangerous drugs, premises liability, toxic tort, industrial accidents, birth injury and wrongful death. Licensed to practice in both Texas and Pennsylvania, Mr. Tracey has been admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Western and Eastern Districts of Texas, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Holding a bachelor's degree in philosophy (1988) from the University of St. Thomas, Houston, he went on to graduate from the South Texas College of Law Houston with his Juris Doctor in 1991.
