Hinson obtained a $6 million jury verdict in August 2021 in the State Court of Gwinnett County, GA. He is a highly experienced personal injury trial lawyer who has devoted the majority of his legal career to representing the families of wrongful death victims and individuals suffering from serious injuries caused by the negligence conduct resulting in accidents. He also skillfully pursues compensation for those with medical malpractice claims, Federal Tort Claims, State court injury and death claims and Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) claims. In some of his recent cases, he has obtained several multimillion-dollar recoveries for his clients. After receiving his J.D. from Mercer University in 1973, Mr. Hinson began practicing law as a felony prosecutor.
