Biography
Aaron Blank is a patient safety advocate and seasoned trial attorney who holds the healthcare system accountable when it fails patients, keeps businesses responsible when they choose profits over safety, and ensures insurance companies pay their fair share for the harm that reckless drivers cause. With over 15 years of experience and more than 1,000 personal injury cases handled, Aaron has won numerous cases in front of judges and juries, earning a reputation as a passionate and tenacious fighter for his clients.
Aaron makes it his priority to guide clients and their families with dedication, compassion, and clear communication from the very first consultation through final resolution. He understands that serious injuries carry far-reaching consequences — physically, emotionally, and financially — and he commits himself to recovering the full compensation his clients deserve, including medical expenses, lost income, and loss of enjoyment of life.
Parents of injured children frequently turn to Aaron for his thoughtful guidance. As a parent himself, he brings genuine empathy to representing children who have suffered serious injuries or lost a parent due to another's negligence. His greatest professional joy is helping families secure the resources they need for a lifetime of care and financial stability.
Prior to focusing exclusively on plaintiff's personal injury work, Aaron practiced criminal defense — including white collar matters such as healthcare fraud and tax theft, as well as violent felonies in both state and federal courts — giving him a sharp litigation edge that benefits his clients today. He also has significant experience litigating UM/UIM claims, Declaratory Judgment Actions, and Interpleaders.
Aaron earned his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics, with a Citation in Economics, from the University of Maryland, College Park. He went on to earn his Juris Doctorate, Magna Cum Laude, from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and received an Academic Merit Scholarship. He also participated in an International Business and Trade Summer Law Program in Cracow, Poland. Aaron grew up in Baltimore and built his career in the DMV, where he co-founded Blank Kim Injury Law.
