Aaron D. Lindquist

I am the founder of Coastal Legal Counsel, a law firm based in Wilmington, North Carolina, focused on estate planning and incompetency/guardianship. With an advanced legal degree in elder law and estate planning, I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate complex legal issues with confidence and peace of mind. Throughout my legal career, I have gained extensive experience in estate planning, probate, guardianship, business law, and residential and commercial real estate law. I take pride in providing personalized legal counsel and building meaningful client relationships. Servant leadership and community involvement are at the heart of my practice, shaping how I approach every matter. Beyond my legal work, I am honored to serve as Chairman of the Board for First Fruit Ministries, an organization dedicated to supporting those in need. I am also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina State Bar, and Beta Gamma Sigma. My educational background includes a BBA in Business Management from the University of Houston Downtown, a Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law, and an LL.M in Elder Law & Estate Planning from Western New England University School of Law. On a personal level, my faith in Jesus Christ is the foundation of my life. I am a widower and a proud father of four wonderful children. I enjoy evening walks on the beach and spending quality time with my kids. I also have a deep love for rugby—I played for over a decade, including a season in Cape Town, South Africa, and have coached youth rugby.
