Abigail E. Grieve is a passionate and dedicated family law attorney with a wealth of knowledge and a strong commitment to advocating for her client’s best interests in complex family law matters. With a focus on divorce, child custody, property division, and other related issues, Abigail is well-prepared to guide her clients through the legal complexities of family law cases. Abigail earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree with Cum Laude honors from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in May 2022. During her time at SMU, she served as the Articles Editor for the SMU Law Review Association, where she honed her research and analytical skills. Abigail’s exceptional academic performance and dedication to pro bono work earned her a place on the Pro Bono Honor Roll and the prestigious Dean’s Scholarship. Passionate about family law, Abigail actively participated in the Family Law Association, serving as its President and spearheading initiatives to support and empower individuals going through family law disputes. Additionally, she was a member of the Women in Law organization, where she advocated for gender equality and promoted opportunities for women in the legal field. Abigail’s practical experience includes working as a Student Associate at the VanSickle Family Law Clinic, where she provided valuable assistance to clients navigating challenging family law issues. Her hands-on experience and empathetic approach have allowed her to develop a deep understanding of the emotional and personal aspects involved in family law cases. Before attending law school, Abigail completed her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Psychology with Cum Laude honors at Texas Christian University. She also pursued minors in Political Science and Criminal Justice, further expanding her knowledge of legal systems and societal dynamics. Abigail’s academic achievements at TCU, such as being named an Honors Laureate and receiving the Dean’s Scholarship, demonstrate her exceptional dedication to academic excellence.
