Biography
Alan Pickert is a seasoned trial attorney at Terrell Hogan Law, where he has spent over 32 years fighting for justice on behalf of victims of asbestos exposure, medical malpractice, product liability, auto accidents, and more. Known for his tireless dedication and compassionate advocacy, Alan has successfully recovered over $100 million for his clients, including securing one of the largest awards in Vaccine Court history for a child injured by the DTaP vaccine.
Alan’s extensive experience and proven results have earned him recognition as one of the nation’s top asbestos lawyers and one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers Association.
Since graduating from the University of Florida Law School in 1991, Alan has dedicated his career to holding corporations and individuals accountable for the harm caused by negligence and misconduct. He has obtained settlements from over 50 manufacturers of asbestos products for clients exposed in shipyards, paper mills, construction sites, and the U.S. Navy, among other environments.
Alan has successfully handled over 2,830 asbestos cases and more than 400 wrongful death lawsuits. His work spans a wide range of personal injury cases, including mesothelioma, defective products, auto and semi-truck accidents, and dog attacks.
