Alex Bouganim

Alex Bouganim is the managing attorney at the Manhattan Office of The Barnes Firm. As managing attorney, Alex is responsible for overseeing all of the cases in the Manhattan Office. In addition to focusing his practice on general negligence cases, including car accidents, slip/trip and falls, and wrongful death cases, Alex is the Co-Chair of the firm’s construction site accident department. As a Co-Chair of this department, Alex is responsible for overseeing and litigating all of the office’s construction site accident cases. He is responsible for several multi-million dollar settlements for his clients and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. In 2024, Alex and Attorney Richard Amico settled a Federal Court trucking accident case in the amount of $862,500. There was only 1M in coverage and the carrier paid the plaintiff $59,600 in PD. The defendants paid over $25,000 to hire accident reconstruction experts to testify the accident was 100% the plaintiff’s fault and medical doctors to say he did not suffer an injury, and a vocational rehab expert to say he was as able to work with no wage loss.
