Allen R Oghassabian

I am a native San Diegan and have spent my entire life in this beautiful city. I attended San Diego State University and graduated with honors in only three years.  While in college I developed a passion for public speaking and advocated for students’ rights, which were being infringed due to budget cuts and lack of funding.  After deciding to pursue a career in advocacy, I received scholarship offers from all three local law schools and chose to attend California Western School of Law. Upon admission to the California Bar I joined the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where I tirelessly represented disenfranchised and underprivileged members of the community. Though the case load was heavy and the battles were uphill, I was unwavering in my tenacity and zealous representation of clients through jury trials and garnered multiple not guilty verdicts. Armed with courtroom experience and the knowledge to traverse a complex litigation landscape, I aim to alleviate our clients’ burden and maximize recovery while strategically navigating their claims through the justice system.  I have handled all types of claims and understand the vulnerability our clients feel when their life is turned upside down after a tragic incident.  Together with a team with decades of collective knowledge in personal injury law, my goal is to allow our clients to focus on recovery while we pursue the justice they deserve. “Allen Oghassabian was amazing.
