Systems Engineer and MBA. 30 years of experience in Business & Marketing with multinational companies in Latin America & the Caribbean. Our founder and managing partner, Alma Chacon, Esq., is dual licensed in Venezuela and in the United States. Graduated as a Lawyer from the Central University of Venezuela, with the highest honor Summa Cum Laude, Alma, also counts with a PhD in Law, from the same University. Has a Master in Legal Argumentation from the University of Alicante. In her native country, Venezuela, she developed her professional career as legal advisor in the public and private sector, as well as in the areas of ​​teaching and research, specializing in legal theory and techniques, control of the constitutionality of laws, legal argumentation, access to justice and human rights. Alma lived the experience of immigrating to the United States, having to face the challenges derived from the need to settle in another country. This fact was decisive to specialize in the intricate field of immigration, with the purpose of helping others legally live in America.
