Mr. Vyas served as a Criminal Prosecutor for the Delaware Department of Justice, handling everything from traffic offenses to DUIs to Murder First Degree. Before entering private practice, Mr. Vyas clerked for the Honorable Richard R. Cooch and later the Honorable Calvin L. Scott, Jr. in Delaware Superior Court. In that role, he worked across the Criminal Division, Civil Division, and Complex Commercial Litigation Division — researching legal issues, aiding in the drafting of judicial opinions, and observing how judges evaluate evidence, weigh arguments, and reach decisions.
