Amnon is a co-founding partner and co-head of the Energy & Infrastructure and Banking & Finance practices at ERM. He is recognised as one of Israel’s leading lawyers in these fields and is consistently ranked as a leading practitioner by all international legal directories. In the banking and finance sector, Amnon advises international and local financial institutional, including banks and institutional investors, as well as leading international and local corporations on complex, large-scale financing transactions. His experience includes syndicated lending, acquisition finance, project finance, leveraged finance, asset-based lending, derivatives and securitisations. Amnon regularly advises financial institutions and corporate clients on navigating evolving regulatory environments in Israel and globally. In the infrastructure space, Amnon advises sponsors, financial institutions, EPC and O&M contractors and governmental entities on major infrastructure projects at all stages – from planning and development to financing, construction and operation. His work spans transportation (including light rail), water (including desalination), natural gas, waste, and communications. Amnon has advised on all the types of projects, including PPP, PFI, BOT and other complex structures. In the energy sector, Amnon specialises in representing international and local clients on the full scope of power projects, including renewable energy (PV, storage, wind, and hydrogen) and conventional power. He advises on financing structures, regulatory approvals, government procurement, and contractual arrangements with suppliers and regulators, with a proven track record of guiding projects through critical milestones from development to commercialisation and refinancing.
