Amy Holland focuses her practice on Estate Planning (Wills, Trust, Asset Protection) and uncontested Family Law.
Amy is passionate about educating people around Hampton Roads about the ability and importance of protecting their assets and creating a plan for their family and future that fits their individual needs. Whether you need a Power of Attorney, simple Will, complex Trust, Medicaid Qualification, or anything in between, it is important to have these discussions now, regardless of your age or level of income, so you can best protect and provide for your family’s future.
In Family Law cases, Amy strives to help her clients settle their tough cases when possible so they can significantly reduce the cost of litigation and sooner move on with their lives.
