We draft motions for summary judgment, appellate briefs, responses, legal memoranda, and other pleadings and legal documents.   We also conduct legal research and legal editing. Expert Legal Writing Solutions is owned and operated (founder and managing member) by Attorney Andrele Brutus St. Val Esq., LL.M. Having worked at the trial and appellate courts, she has over nine years of legal research and writing experience. She has an in-depth understanding of legal writing, what good and bad briefs look like, and what courts look at when analyzing pleadings before them.  In addition, she has a master of laws (LL.M.) in labor and employment law. Expert Legal Writing Solutions was founded and is managed by Attorney Andrele Brutus St. Val. Raised in Florida, Andrele fell in love with legal writing during her internship at the Second District Court of Appeals. It was during this time she learned the importance of strong legal writing and its effects on the outcome of the case. After law school she returned to the Court of Appeals where she later became a Career Law Clerk. At the court of appeals, she drafted opinions, orders, and memoranda and became an expert on criminal and post-conviction appeals. Caught in the haze of newlywed bliss, Andrele left the Florida warmth and sunshine and followed her husband to Michigan. There she began pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in labor in employment law and working as Court Attorney with the Wayne County Probate court. Similar to her position in Florida, Andrele drafted opinions and memoranda for the probate court judges. She quickly learned the ins-and-outs of Michigan wills, trust, estates, guardianships, and conservatorships.
