Andrew A. Serafini, Jr. is the founder of Serafini Law and a personal injury attorney whose practice is rooted in Hagerstown, Maryland, the community where he was born and raised. Mr. Serafini concentrates his work on personal injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse matters.
