Biography
ListenWe start by listening. Your story matters, and our first job is to understand what’s most important to you so we can protect those parts of your life, today and for the future.
Develop a planEvery situation is different. You don’t need to know the ins and outs of bankruptcy law; that’s our job. We’ll sort through the details and create a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.
Work fast Once you decide bankruptcy is the right step, we act fast. Our goal is to guide you through the process and help you find relief as quickly as the law allows, walking with you every step of the way.
Chapter 7 BankruptcyChapter 7 can wipe out most unsecured debts, such as credit cards and medical bills. Some debts—like student loans and child support—cannot be discharged. In certain cases, non-essential assets may be sold to help repay creditors before the rest of your debt is cleared. To qualify, you must meet specific income eligibility requirements.
Chapter 13 BankruptcyChapter 13 creates a 3- to 5-year repayment plan based on your income. It can be a good choice if you don’t qualify for Chapter 7, or if you need to catch up on missed mortgage payments, repay tax debt, or prefer to pay creditors over time to protect your property from liquidation.
