Biography
Anthony founded the firm to serve as captive counsel to one of the largest real estate firms in the Midwest, where the firm traverses a wide spectrum of disciplines in real estate, transactional, corporate, and taxation law. As a former trial attorney, Anthony brings a decade of litigation experience to the firm, providing the firm with a strong foundation of advocacy and legal acumen. Anthony is an accomplished negotiator and offers a realistic appreciation of risk, tempered by real-world strategic lawyering to minimize and mitigate litigation exposure.
