Antonella has extensive experience advising entrepreneurs across dynamic industries,
including beauty and wellness, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer brands, and apparel.
She is also passionate about branding and leads a robust trademark practice, helping
her clients build, protect, and sustain successful brands in a competitive market.
In 2021, Antonella turned her entrepreneurial vision into reality by founding Colella
Legal Studio during a pivotal moment for small businesses. Her firm reflects her
commitment to serving clients with a modern, agile approach to legal services.
Her commentary on legal and regulatory issues affecting the beauty industry has appeared
