Ashley R. Larson

Ms. Larson is a trial attorney and shareholder with Sutton | Booker | P.C. She represents corporate clients, insureds, and insurance companies in matters of crisis management, premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, personal injury, transportation, products liability, insurance bad faith, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, and appellate work. Ms. Larson has tried cases successfully in both state and federal court in Colorado. She has defended and pursued appeals before the Colorado Court of Appeals, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She has also investigated, advised, trained, and defended her corporate clients on catastrophic third-party criminal act incidents, including active shooters. Ms. Larson has obtained Rule 12(b)(5) dismissals and summary judgment for her various clients on issues in premises liability, exculpatory agreements, and insurance bad faith. Ms. Larson is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver. Ms. Larson is the Co-Chair of the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms' Retail, Restaurant, and Hospitality Practice Area Committee and a member of the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association. She is also a member of American Board of Trial Advocates and Defense Research Institute.
