Biography

Bailey Benton is a personal injury trial lawyer at Spaulding Injury Law handling car accidents, motorcycle accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, premises liability and wrongful death matters in metro-Atlanta and throughout the State of Georgia. Born in Destrehan, Louisiana, Bailey has proudly called Cumming, Georgia her home since 2008. Determined to further her legal education, Bailey returned to the United States and earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. During her time at law school, she was actively involved in various professional organizations such as the Public Interest Law Society, Women Law Students Association, and the Veterans Advocacy Club. In recognition of her excellence, Bailey has been honored as a Lawyer of Distinction for 2025. Throughout her legal education, Bailey gained practical experience as a law clerk for a personal injury firm specializing in complex litigation and maritime law. She also competed in legal competitions such as the Transactional Practice and Contract Negotiation Internal Competition. Bailey Benton has been recognized as a Top 40 under 40 trial lawyer in Georgia by the National Trial Lawyers Association every year since 2025. She has also received Top Female Georgia Personal Injury Attorney award by the American Association of Attorney Advocates 2026, and the 2026 award for Top Personal Injury Attorney Award selectee for dedication to outstanding advocacy from The American Association of Attorney Advocates. Today, Bailey is dedicated to advocating for her clients at Spaulding Injury Law. She uses her strong educational background and experience to represent Georgia’s injured. Her multifaceted background and strong work ethic make her a valuable asset to her clients and the legal profession.
