Ms. Kibbey was born and raised right here in the city of Stuart, so she feels a deep connection to the community and a passion for helping its people. Ms. Kibbey earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the prestigious University of Florida. During her time at UF, she served as the editor-in-chief for the student magazine, ICON. After graduation, Ms. Kibbey enrolled at University of Miami School of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree. During her time at the University of Miami, Ms. Kibbey gained valuable legal experience by interning for United States Judge Shelby Highsmith. She also served as an intern for the highly respected attorney Roy Black at Black, Srebnick, Kornspan, and Stumpf.
