Assist with application for abatement and defensive insurance policies and apply instruments to defray litigation expenses. Address all stages of post grant proceedings, including investigation, institution and resolution of ex parte reexamination (EPX), inter partes review (IPR) and post-grant review (PGR). Provide strategic advice for individuals and corporate entities regarding licensing and other commercial transactions to mitigate risk and maximize value of intellectual property holdings.
