Biography

Mr. Washor’s outstanding legal skills were recognized early in his career. He began his career on the defense side, working for an insurance defense law firm representing doctors and hospitals. Within just 2 years, Mr. Washor was trying major medical malpractice cases. By age 27, he was a partner at that law firm. In 1988, he left the defense side to become a plaintiff's attorney. His experience as a defense attorney gave him a unique and valuable insight into how insurers defend and evaluate medical malpractice lawsuits. Not only is Mr. Washor experienced in the courtroom – he also understands the need to employ top professionals and cutting-edge technology, such as animated presentations and medical artists, to great persuasive effect in a complex and extremely technical area of the law. He is well-known and respected by judges throughout the state for being an attorney who is always prepared to represent his clients and who does so with the highest ethical standards. At trial, Mr. Washor is regarded as a fierce advocate, extremely schooled in the art of cross-examination.
