He is licensed to practice in all state courts. He is passionate about representing plaintiffs and protecting their legal rights. After a family member was injured in an auto accident, Ben developed a strong desire to represent injured victims. Additionally, Ben is passionate about handling workers’ compensation claims and helping injured workers navigate them. Ben attended the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating cum laude with a J.D. in 2022. He received his undergraduate degree in agribusiness from the University of Georgia. Ben also graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, where he served as an ambassador for the college. During his college studies, Ben was selected as a GE-Reagan Foundation Scholar from a nationwide pool, based on his leadership, drive, integrity, and citizenship. While in law school, Ben served as an editorial board member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law and as Vice President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society. Ben was also selected to be a part of the law school’s Negotiation Team. While on the Negotiation Team, Ben was a regional champion in an ABA-hosted competition.
