Attorney Benjamin Herbert oversees the Estate Planning, Administration, and Litigation team at Herbert Machnik Law Firm. Since 2006, Ben has focused solely on estate planning, administration, and elder law, assisting clients and their families navigate difficult times when faced with long term care needs, planning for their families when they are no longer with us, and helping the family through the estate process after passing. Ben earned his Juris Doctor from Michigan State University College of Law in 2006 as well as graduated cum laude from Michigan State University with a B.A. in Economics in 2003. Ben is also a graduate of the Institute of Continuing Legal Education Probate & Estate Planning Certificate Program and Elder Law Certificate Program. When out of the office, Benjamin enjoys spending time with his wife and sons, hiking, fishing, camping as well as a variety of other outdoor activities.
