Biography

Benjamin Treuting is a partner and personal injury attorney at Palmintier Law Group, where he represents clients in car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, maritime law, dangerous products, professional liability, electrocution accidents, workers' compensation, and traumatic brain injury cases. Benjamin was raised in Marksville, Louisiana, and graduated from Holy Savior Menard Central High School in Alexandria in 2007. He earned his bachelor's degree from Louisiana State University before attending LSU's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctorate and Diploma in Comparative Law. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2015. Benjamin remains passionate about advocacy and prides himself on being responsive to all of his clients. He has zealously worked for the clients of Palmintier Law Group and diligently advanced their interests throughout his practice. He is admitted to practice before all Louisiana State Courts, including the Louisiana Supreme Court, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Louisiana. He is an active member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, Louisiana Bar Association, Louisiana Association for Justice, and the Dean Henry George McMahon Inn of Court. Benjamin has served on the committee for the annual Baton Rouge Bar Association Belly Up with the Bar event, a charity event that benefits the Baton Rouge Bar Foundation's Youth Education Program.
