Bobby Raitt

Raitt Law, PLLC was formed in January of 2021 by Robert (“Bobby”) Raitt. Raitt left a law firm where he had worked since graduating from law school in 1992, and he started his own practice along with paralegal Elise Harris and legal assistant/office manager Jeannie Lankford. In 2025 attorney Tom James and legal assistant Colleen Richards joined the Team. Bobby was one of the few attorneys among his contemporaries, that had stayed with the same firm for his entire career. However, it was time to take his outstanding team and focus on helping deserving clients in his own way, making all of the decisions to result in the best possible outcome. Over the course of his career, Bobby has worked tirelessly for those injured due to the negligence of others. He is a past President of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Organization (MAJ), and past chair of the State Bar’s Negligence section. He has been a speaker in Lansing on issues related to Michigan’s no-fault automobile insurance laws. He has won numerous large verdicts and settlements for his clients and has been blessed to receive many outstanding honors and awards.
