Brad Culpepper

Brad Culpepper is one of the founding members and a partner at Culpepper Kurland, a personal injury firm based out of Tampa in Florida. Admitted to practice in Florida since 2002, he represents citizens in and around Tampa in various personal injury matters, including: Auto accidents Premises liability Construction accidents Traumatic brain injuries Wrongful death DUI-related accidents Negligent security A sports and football enthusiast, Mr. Culpepper received his Master of Arts degree in sports administration from the University of Florida in the year 2001. Prior to this, he obtained his baccalaureate degree in history from the same university in 1991. At the university, he was a part of several honorary societies, including the Alpha Lambda Delta and the Phi Kappa Phi. He graduated with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law earning his doctorate in jurisprudence in 2001. After graduating from law school, Mr. Culpepper worked as an attorney at a nationally renowned personal injury firm for five years before setting up his legal firm. An aggressive and tenacious attorney in the courtrooms, Mr. Culpepper is known for being patient and friendly with his clients. He understands how a small negligent injury can change the course of someone’s life forever. He takes a holistic approach to making a safe space for his clients to get comfortable and share their concerns and requirements.
