Biography
Bradley Bodiford has dedicated his career to protecting victims and fighting for justice. As a former state and federal prosecutor, Bradley has helped hundreds of victims seek justice, prosecuting criminals ranging from domestic terrorists and drug traffickers to white-collar fraudsters and identity thieves. With 33 jury trials to verdict—24 as lead attorney—Bradley has a proven track record of advocacy and results.
Now, as an attorney at Terrell Hogan Law, Bradley brings his passion for representing victims to the civil justice system, advocating for individuals harmed by negligence, fraud, and defective products.
Bradley works tirelessly to ensure that those harmed by the misconduct or negligence of others receive their fair day in court. His legal practice focuses on helping clients seek accountability and recover from the injustices they’ve experienced. Whether addressing cases of personal injury, product defects, or corporate wrongdoing, Bradley is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of his clients.
An Alabama native, Bradley earned his undergraduate degree from Mercer University before attending the Florida State University College of Law. He began his legal career at the Jacksonville State Attorney’s Office, where he honed his litigation skills and met his wife, Katie Bodiford.
Bradley’s transition from prosecutor to civil trial attorney allows him to continue his lifelong mission of protecting the underdog and holding wrongdoers accountable. His ability to navigate complex legal challenges and his determination to seek justice make him a trusted advocate for his clients.
