Brian D. Batt

Brian joined Beard St. Clair Gaffney in 2021, where his practice focuses on intellectual property, with a special focus on patents and trademarks. He is admitted to practice in Idaho, Utah, and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office as a registered patent attorney. Brian was born and raised in the Rigby, Idaho area. He attended Brigham Young University – Idaho and earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology with a Human Biology emphasis. He then attended the University of Colorado Law School.
