TOTAL COST Advisement to Potential, Current and Prior Clients per C.R.S. § 6-1-737(3)(b)(II) I will require a refundable deposit be paid in advance to secure payment of all or part of a matter's TOTAL COST.   TOTAL COST is the Total Price of legal services ("Legal Fee") plus related Case Expenses. My Legal Fee for services is not yet calculable.  Prior to starting work, we will agree on a method of determining the legal fee based on the nature, complexity and duration of the matter.  It will be based on time spent or a flat fee and may be adjusted with third-party contractual discounts. All Case Expenses must be paid by the Client.  I provide an estimate of Case Expenses when proposing my legal fee. I have 30 years of experience and knowledge developed by gaining the trust of hundreds of satisfied clients, many of whom are kind enough to share their recommendations of my services.  Conveniently located on Yale Avenue near Colorado Boulevard, I provide the premier bankruptcy and estate planning service in the south Metro Denver area (Denver, Englewood, Littleton, Centennial, etc)
