Biography

A highly regarded civil trial attorney, Brien A. Roche is located in Tysons Corner, Virginia. He represents clients throughout the area, including Maryland and the District of Columbia. In addition to being admitted to practice in those jurisdictions, Mr. Roche is admitted to practice before numerous federal trial and appellate courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 4th and District of Columbia Circuits and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Roche's client base primarily consists of people who have been harmed as a result of the negligence of other parties. The types of matters that he has handled during his career as a litigator have included medical malpractice, defective products, premises liability, auto-pedestrian accidents, legal malpractice, and motor vehicle crashes. During his career as a plaintiff's attorney, Mr. Roche has been able to obtain millions of dollars in jury awards and negotiated settlements for his clients. Some of his representative results have included a $3 million settlement of a car accident lawsuit and $2.1 million for a pedestrian who suffered a brain injury after being struck by a motor vehicle. Mr. Roche's experience has extended to other types of civil litigation as well, including family law matters and insurance coverage.
