Biography
Bryan Janflone is a personal injury and workers' compensation attorney who has recovered over $4 million for clients at Johnson & Alday in just two years. He has conducted numerous workers' compensation hearings, obtaining awards for his clients, and has won appeals to the Appellate Division and Superior Court. He also served as lead attorney in a jury trial to verdict in Cobb State Court, obtaining a recovery for an injured client.
Bryan's path to plaintiff's work came after years on the defense side. He previously worked as an associate at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele and at other local defense firms, defending both workers' compensation and liability claims on behalf of employers and insurance companies. That experience gave him the skills and insight needed to effectively recover for injured clients.
Bryan earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Kennesaw State University before attending Georgia State University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, he was a member of both Law Review and Moot Court.
A Cobb County resident since 1988, Bryan is actively involved in the community. He is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association and coaches youth sports. He supports Must Ministries and participates in the yearly Gobble Jog on Thanksgiving, and donates to various charities including The Center for Family Resources and Every Child Counts. He is also an active supporter of local small businesses.
