Byron Alfred

Byron Alfred is the founder of The Alfred Firm in Houston, Texas, and represents innocent victims who have been injured due to no fault of their own. A football star at the University of Houston, Mr. Alfred graduated in 2007 with his Bachelor of Science degree in political science and economics. He was on the dean’s list for his final five semesters, and he ended his football career as an All-Conference Honoree and a finalist for the All-Decade team (2000-2010). Mr. Alfred turned his eye toward pursuing law and soon enrolled at the South Texas College of Law Houston. While in law school, he reigned victorious at the Frederick Douglass Rocky Mountain Regional Moot Court Competition, receiving “Best Brief” as part of his win with the champion team. Moreover, he was part of the Black Lawyers Student Association, the Student Bar Association and the Real Estate Law Society. He received his Juris Doctor in 2012. Affiliated with many prominent legal organizations, Mr. Alfred is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Houston Lawyers Association and the Houston Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, he is a member of the Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America.
