Biography

Attorney Chad Day isn’t just a lawyer; he’s a dedicated member of the Athens community, committed to helping his neighbors navigate the challenges of personal injury cases. Born and raised in Georgia, Chad’s passion for serving others stems from his deep-rooted faith and love for his community. After graduating from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and Michigan State University College of Law, Chad chose to build his practice in Athens, drawn to the strong sense of community he and his wife, Jill, desired for their family. Chad’s commitment to his clients goes beyond legal expertise. He believes in treating every individual with compassion, dignity, and respect, guiding them through the legal process with a personal touch and unwavering dedication. His firm’s mission is to help clients recover both physically and financially after an accident, reflecting his belief in serving a greater purpose. When he’s not fighting for his clients’ rights, Chad enjoys college sports, cheering for the Braves, playing pickleball, and spending time with his family. He’s an active member of the Rotary Club of Oconee County and Watkinsville First Baptist Church, demonstrating his commitment to serving the Athens community. Jill is one of the attorneys here at Day Injury Law and helps with the firm’s litigation work. She has a heart for helping others and loves being part of a team that truly cares about each client and their story. Originally from California, Jill went to the University of Redlands, where she earned her degree in English Literature. She later attended Michigan State University College of Law, graduating cum laude. It was there that she met her husband, Chad — now the CEO and lead attorney at Day Injury Law. Jill and Chad live busy but joyful lives with their two kids, Eliza and Charlie. When she’s not working, Jill enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at church, attending Bible study, reading, and relaxing with a good crossword puzzle.
