Charles A. Huffman III (Ret.)

Charles A. Huffman, III (Ret.) is the founding partner of Huffman & Huffman, Brothers-in-Law, PLLC, and has over 50 years of experience as a practicing attorney. Charlie is proud of the work that the firm has accomplished over the last 50 years in helping injured families in the Hampton Roads community and throughout Virginia. Charlie retired in early 2023 so that he could spend more time with his family and travel. While he is no longer playing an active role in the day-to-day handling of our client’s cases, he is still very much involved with the strategic direction of the firm as the founding partner. Charlie began the law firm in 1973 and was joined by his brother, Brad, soon after to form Huffman & Huffman, Brothers-in-Law. While the firm began as a general practice, it became clear from early on that there was a great need to help people who had been injured through no fault of their own. Charlie and Brad’s desire to help injured people took the firm to focus solely on personal injury. Huffman & Huffman began with just an office in Newport News but expanded to include an office in Virginia Beach to better serve clients all over the Hampton Roads region and throughout Virginia. Charlie has always been driven to help people who have been injured through no fault of their own and while now retired, he is very proud of the work that the firm continues to do Dealing with a personal injury can be very complex and Huffman & Huffman is here to help at every step of the way.
