“For the last 27 years I have been an advocate for those with claims against insurance companies, drug companies, and medical device manufacturers. Chuck is a great attorney. And his entire team is helpful and patient. The process of getting into a car accident is difficult and painful enough without having to worry about if you’re ever going to see any money from the at fault party. My initial offer from the at fault parties insurance company was a pathetic $2500. When Chuck was done with them…they conceded to paying us the limits of the policy. I don’t think there’s any better that we could have done. If you have a problem or personal injury, please call this team.
