Biography
Chi immigrated to the United States from Republic of Korea in 1974 at age 10, and has lived in the Chicagoland area ever since. Chi and his wife reside in Naperville. They have two college-age children, and they are recent empty-nesters.
Received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Chicago in 1986.
Received his Juris Doctor from University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1989.
